We are rolling into the New Year now and it will soon be Febuary. You’ve chosen your Goals for the New Year, strengthened your resolve but maybe doubts ave alreadt set in as to whether these goals really are you.
In order to achieve anything in life, commitment and resolve are needed to bolster your performance. Goal setting is one thing on paper but in reality and action is where they are put to the test.
Being able to commit to an objective is to believe in it. To believe is to have intimate knowledge about the goal and how you will achieve it.Make sure that your list of goals are things that you really want. If they are clearly defined you will work at them with clarity and enthusiasm. Clarity can only come through researching the goal and how to obtain it. If you get to the point where it appears logical to you how to achieve it, you will find clarity and therefore motivation won’t be a problem. Clear,do-able goals and objectives create motivation. Do you have a fool-proof plan to take you towards your goal? Are your goals motivating goals or are they ideas that you plucked out of the air and because they seemed to be good things to have?
Becoming Confident about yourself and your goals.
Confidence is the armour that will proect you from doubt. It’s that simple. Being confident is a habit that needs to be developed. If we don’t have confidence, then we are like a leaf in the wind that gets blown around the street to finally ending up in the gutter. Bad place to be!
Developing confidence is a little like becoming an actor at first. You must practice it and observe the results of your confidence. When you actually feel and see the results of acting with confidence you feed your ego with positive feedback about your interaction with the world around you. You put yourself in a “win-win” situation.
You have every right to be a confident outgoing person who creates effect on your environment. Other people will notice your actions and accept that that is how you are – confident manner, an achiever who won’t wait for the lead of others a person who gets on and does it. Being confident means trusting yourself and convincing others that your actions are the right actions. ou do this by taking action. You have a goal to follow and it is your goal, it is imperitive that you achieve it today and not wait for others to start the actions required. believe in your goals and you will approach them with confidence and you will always stay highly motivated.

Stay motivated! remember that motivation is your motor that will keep you going, even in the worst of times motivation is all you have sometimes. So be sure that you understand yourself and your goals. Know why you want to achieve these goals and that will be the heart of your motivation. Read about other achievers and take from their experience and apply it to your own life. Emulate people who are in the same or similar businesses as you, find out what they have done to reach their goals. If you do this you will discover that they are just like you and me, human beings born into the same world and having similar opportunities as you they grasped the moment, set their goals and worked at them until they achieved their objective. They didn’t quit and they made sure that they wouldn’t quit by bolstering themselves with clarity of purpose, self-confidence and high motivation.
Develop good Habits that lead to Success
Developing good habits that lead to success is an on going activity that requires patience and persisitence from you. Some parts of personal development can happen quickly because you already have the basis of an important habit in you. Other self-development and habits to form take a little longer. They are goals in themselves and also need to be set like your other goals.
Once again, reading books on self improvement will help you find out and formulate the sort abits that you need. Persistence, tenecity, tough-minded and self confident are just a few habits to develop that will help you as you strive towards your goals. But what about the little things that can cause problems?
